What data we collect

When you send an inquiry through the website, we process the data you provide yourself: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number if you leave one, and a description of your need (product, market). The website does not use tracking cookies or advertising technologies.

Why we process it

To respond to your inquiry, carry out a free feasibility check and prepare a quote (steps taken prior to entering into a contract), and to conduct business communication (legitimate interest). We do not use the data for any other purpose.

Contacting on behalf of clients

As part of our buyer outreach service, we contact companies only, using business contact details, on the basis of legitimate interest in B2B communication. Every message clearly states who we represent, and we honor opt-out requests immediately and permanently.

How long we keep the data

We keep inquiry data for no longer than two years after the last communication, and then delete it. Data related to concluded contracts is kept for the periods required by law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it with third parties, except with technical service providers (hosting, email) who process it on our behalf and under our instructions.
