We work with data, so we answer as if under oath: concretely, with caveats wherever caveats exist.
Where does your data come from?
From official customs records, bills of lading and shipping manifests, through licensed access to professional trade data infrastructure covering more than 3 billion shipment records and 200+ markets. Every report lists its sources and the data cut-off date. We do not resell raw database access; we deliver verified analysis and contacts.
How fresh is the data?
Data for most countries is updated monthly; some markets lag 45–60 days, and the cut-off date is always stated in the report. For buyer lists we select companies with activity in the past 6–12 months, so you will not be calling a company that stopped importing two years ago.
Can you find buyers in the EU?
Partially, and we are open about it. EU regulations anonymize company names in a large part of customs statistics. We work around this with partner-country data (so-called mirror statistics), the same companies' shipments outside the EU, and business registries. Coverage is somewhat lower than for markets such as the US, Turkey or the Gulf. That is exactly why every project starts with a free feasibility check: we tell you what is achievable before you pay.
How do I know the contacts are real?
Every buyer on your list is verified through actual shipment history (dates, volumes, current suppliers), and decision-maker contacts are checked before delivery. In practice, 70% or more of the companies come with a direct email or phone number. If a delivered contact does not work, we replace it at no extra charge.
How long does delivery take?
Market report: 7–10 business days. The Report + verified buyers package: 2–3 weeks. Outreach campaigns run for 2–3 months with weekly reports. An express check of a single supplier is normally completed within 48 hours.
What if there are no buyers for my product?
You will know before you spend a cent. Every project starts with a free feasibility check: we scan whether the target market shows real, recent import activity for your product. If it does not, we say so openly and suggest alternatives. And if a paid package delivers fewer buyers than agreed, the price is reduced.
Is outreach on my behalf GDPR compliant?
Yes. We contact companies, not consumers, on the basis of legitimate interest in B2B communication, using professionally sourced business contacts. Every message clearly states who we represent, and opt-out requests are honored immediately. The data you receive contains business contact details only.
Why not just buy access to a tool myself?
You can: such platforms cost roughly $1,500–10,000 per year, with a contractual commitment for the full year, plus the time to master HS code searches, credit systems and contact quotas. If you need trade data every week, a subscription can pay off, and we will tell you so. If you need answers a few times a year, a ready-made report costs a fraction of that sum and arrives ready for a decision.
Why pay, when the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (PKS), the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS) and free state support exist?
Institutions do an important part of the job: trade fairs, general matchmaking, training. What they do not do is analysis at the level of individual shipments, buyer verification through customs history, and outreach on your behalf. The good news: the two combine well. Through the RAS export support program, the cost of consulting services can be co-financed (up to 60% under past calls, depending on the terms of the current public call), and we help you check whether you qualify.
